Presentation Type: Abstracts may be submitted for Oral Communication Session or E-Poster Presentation.
The Scientific Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted for presentation, with consideration given to the author’s preference.
Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered.
All abstracts must be submitted & presented in clear English with accurate grammar & spelling of a quality suitable for publication. If you need help, please arrange for the review of your abstract by a colleague who is a native English speaker, by a university-specific publications office (or another similar facility), or by a copy editor, before the submission.
Abstracts must be original & must not be or have been published or presented at any other meeting before the Congress.
Please note that each person may submit up to 2 abstracts as a presenting author. Abstracts authors must register as congress participants & pay their registration fees.
Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Abstract Submitters will be required to disclose any conflict of interest in the submission form.
Upon submission, the Abstract Submitter confirms that the abstract has been reviewed & that all information is correct, & accepts that the content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission & is aware that it will be published exactly as submitted.
Upon submission, the Abstract Submitter confirms that the contact details saved in the system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.

Abstracts should be typed in Bahasa Indonesian or English (2. An optional Figure to support abstracts may be included in your submission. The figure must be captured in a single JPG file
The main paragraphs for the research paper are Background, Objective, Methods, Results, & Conclusion. The headers for case reports or series are Introduction, Case, & conclusion. Keywords & abbreviations must be included
The acceptance of abstracts will be notified by e-mail to the presenting author by no later than on. April 14th, 2025

The full name of the authors (main & co-authors) including the name of the organization, institution, university, or office must be fully mentioned, & the name of the main author must be written at the front & underlined
